., <br />Council Minutes of 9/5/95 <br />Resolution No. 95-120 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A <br />resolution authorizing and direc~g the Mayor to submit and seek financial asai~ance <br />from the State Issue 2 infrastructure bond program for funding of various municipal <br />capital infra~ructure improvements projects, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-121 was introduced and placed on f rst reading by Mr. Limpert. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for <br />laboratory analytical services to support the Wastewater Treatment Plant, as detailed in <br />the specifications on file, and authorising the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-122 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on <br />behalf of Mr. Lmd. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise <br />for bids to make emergency roof repairs at the Police Station, City Hall, Senior Center and <br />Community Cabin, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-123 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance to establish within the Special Revenue Fund group a "COPS FAST Fund" of <br />the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-125 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A <br />resolution requesting amendment be made to substitute Senate Bill 188 which allows a tax <br />to be levied on all residents and businesses of Cuyahoga County for the benefit of one <br />area. <br />Ordinance No. 95-126 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City <br />of North Olmsted for the year ending December 3 1, 1996. <br />M~cEi~.~ous ~usn~Ss <br />President Boehmer annouacad that Resolutions 95-110, 95-120, 95-122 and Ordinances <br />95-123 and 95-126 would be passed under suspension of the rule at the special Council <br />meeting of Wednesday, September 6, 1995. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Legislative Committee meeting for Monday, September 11, at <br />7 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 95-125 and Ordinance 95-117. <br />Mr. Limpert scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for 6:50 p.m, on <br />Monday, September 11. <br /> <br />7 <br />
