A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Saf~y to advertise for bids. for a <br />computer aided dispatch (C.A.D.) program and all necessary and rutted equipmeatt, <br />installation and service to be uti by both the Police and Fire Dep through <br />emergency central di~atch, and authoris~g the Mayor to contract far the same and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for su~essicm of the rules <br />requiring three readings; second by Mr. L,~mpert; maxion passel sly. Mr. Nasltar <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unani~ausly. Ordinance <br />No. 95-106 adopted. <br />MZI~CEIJ~ANEOUS INESS <br />Mr. Nashar scheduled a safety Committee meeting for August 8 at 7 p.m. and asked <br />Police Chief Viola and Safety Director Kesler to attend. <br />Mr. Lmd said that he would schedule a Finance Committee meeting at a later date. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Boehmer ac~joumed the meeting at 9;20 p.m. <br />Barbara L.
