Council Minutes of 7/5/95 <br />Ordinance No. 95-99 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle was given its <br />second readmg. An ordinance authorizing ~d direca~g the Mayor of the City of North <br />Olmsted to enter into an with Paech Inc. to provide "ng seeavvices for <br />pavement, drainage and traffic c~trol ttnpruvements for All Road and portions of Porter <br />Road, Dover Center Road and Lorain Road. <br />Ordinance No. 95-100 was introduced and placai on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance establishing the or~~aniaatidn of the Police Division of the Dep of Public <br />Safety, and declaring an emor~geaicy. Mr. Nashar moved for Vision of the rules <br />requiring three readings end co ee review; second by Mr. Limpert; naotttm passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Nashar moved for awn; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-100 adopted. <br />Ordnance No. 95-101 was introduced and placed on firs readffig by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Dii~ctor of Public Service to make emergency repairs on the <br />electrical systems at the LeBern Aveaiue lift station and the Brady Road lift ration, <br />without public bidding, and declaring ~ emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspensit~ of <br />the rules requiring three reatas aid coma~ttee review; second by lti~r. Lind; motion <br />passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Ll-d; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordnance No. 95-101 adopted. <br />Ordnance No. 95-102 was introduc~l and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various adml-istraticm persaimel and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-103 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lmd. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agrt with the Ohio Patrohnsn's <br />Benevolent Association, which t is the collective bargaining t between <br />the city and the North Ohed emergency central dispatchers, and deaclarng an <br />emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second <br />by Mr. McKay; motion passed unsni~ously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-103 adopted. <br />Ordnance No. 95-104 was introduced and placed on first readmg by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing and direct~g the Mayor of the City of North Ohnsteal to enter into <br />an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company Inc. to provide <br />engineering services for the Georgette Avenue sanitary relief sewer project, and dig <br />an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously.
