An ordinance authorizing the Dii~ctor of Public Service to make emergency repairs on the electrical systems at the LeBern Aveaiue lift station and the Brady Road lift ration, without public bidding, and declaring ~ emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspensit~ of the rules requiring three reatas aid coma~ttee review; second by lti~r. Lind; motion passed unanimously. An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various adml-istraticm persaimel and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 95-103 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lmd. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agrt with the Ohio Patrohnsn's Benevolent Association, which t is the collective bargaining t between the city and the North Ohed emergency central dispatchers, and deaclarng an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unsni~ously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-103 adopted. Ordnance No. 95-104 was introduced and placed on first readmg by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing and direct~g the Mayor of the City of North Ohnsteal to enter into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company Inc. to provide engineering services for the Georgette Avenue sanitary relief sewer project, and dig an emergency.
