Council Minutes of 5/16/95 <br />street lighting for, the Recreation Center parking lot and the driveway from Lorain Road <br />~~ to that parking lot; by reconstructing and paving with concrete the existing walkway from <br />Lorain Road to the Recreation Center; and by draining and landscaping the Recreation <br />Center site; all together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-80 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $150,000 notes, in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the electrical system at city facilities and <br />installing a backup electrical system for the city's computer, telephone and emergency <br />lighting systems, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-81 was introduced and placed on first reading by 1VIr. Lmd. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $100,000 notes, in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city administration complex by <br />renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating and otherwise improving the Town Hall therein and <br />constructing a canopy to cover the fuel pump island on the site thereof, together with <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-82 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $90,000 notes, in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring motor vehicles, including four pickup <br />trucks and three automobiles, for use in carrying out city services and functions, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-83 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $55,000 notes, in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds, for the purpose of renovating, rehabilitating and otherwise improving <br />Town Hall, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-84 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $50,000 notes, in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving City Hall by converting an existing <br />storage area into a conference room and offices and acquiring furnishings and equipment <br />therefor, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Lind reported that the fiscal officer's certificates were attached to Ordinance <br />Nos. 95-69 through 95-84. <br /><:~. <br />11 <br /> <br />
