Council Minutes of 5/16/95 Ordinance No. 95-73 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An A,.w ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $750,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring fire trucks, together with the necessary equipment and appurtenances thereto, for use in carrying out functions of the Division of Fire of the Department of Public Safety, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 95-74 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lmd. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $700,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the Recreation Center complex by surfacing and resurfacing parking areas and driveways, providmg related drainage improvements and constructing a building to house maintenance equipment therefore, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 95-75 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lmd. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $570,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring motor vehicles and equipment for use in carrying out functions of the Department of Public Service, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 95-76 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $385,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring motor vehicles and equipment, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, for use in carrying out fimctions of the Department of Public Service, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 95-77 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $345,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring and installing computer equipment, including networking hardware and software, personal computer work stations, printers, softwaze and cables, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 95-78 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $250,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city's storm water drainage system by rehabilitating and improving an existing storm water culvert located under South Barton Road approximately 1,700 feet south of Lorain Road, related underground storm water retention basins and related open storm water drainage ditches and acquiring interests in real estate therefor, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 95-79 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providmg for the issuance and sale of $245,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city's park and recreational facilities by acquiring and installing heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment for the Community Cabin; by resurfacing with asphalt and curbing, and acquiring and installing 10
