<br />Ordinance No. 95-61 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second readmg. An
<br />-v,,,. ordinance amendmg the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providmg for
<br />the installation of No Parking signs on the cul de-sac where the former State Route 252
<br />ends which is now known as Cohunbia Road, as amended.
<br />Resolution No. 95-63 was introduced and placed on first readmg by Mr. Lind. A
<br />resolution authorizing the I3irector of Public Service to advertise for bids for 3,000 tons of
<br />salt and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same.
<br />Ordinance No. 95-68 was introduced and placed on first readmg by Mayor Boyle. An
<br />ordinance amending Section 139.01 and 139.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of
<br />North Olmsted, which establish fees the Police Department may charge for reproducing
<br />reports and photographs, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 95-69 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lmd. An
<br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $9,975,000 notes, in anticipation of the
<br />issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the municipal sanitary sewer system by
<br />constructing, reconstructing, rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary
<br />sewer connections and by improving and equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant,
<br />together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an
<br />emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 95-70 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An
<br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $7,660,000 notes, in anticipation of the
<br />issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city's
<br />street system, by grading, draining, widening, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing
<br />the surface and surfacing and resurfacing, constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating
<br />catch basins, curbs, driveway aprons, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service
<br />connections, sidewalks, storm sewers and water mains and water service connections and
<br />installing street lighting, all where necessary, in each case together with necessary
<br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 95-71 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An
<br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $4,100,000 notes, in anticipation of the
<br />issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring Springvale Country Club, including land
<br />and the clubhouse, maintenance building and other structures located thereon, fixtures
<br />furnishings.and equipment, sprinkler, underground drainage and water distribution systems
<br />and related site improvements, all together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, for
<br />use as a golf course and recreational and community center, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 95-72 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An
<br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $3,360,000 notes, in anticipation of the
<br />issuance of bonds, for the purpose of constructing, furnishing and equipping a fire station
<br />and acquiring, preparing, improving and equipping its site, and declaring an emergency.
