Council Minutes of 5/16/95 <br />Ordinance No. 95-49 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />*: to amend Section 1341.03 entitled "Street Cleaning Deposit and Fee" of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second <br />by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-49 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-50 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />agreeing to share in the project cost and agreeing to the future maintenance of <br />improvements for the city to participate in the State Transportation Enhancement Program <br />for the construction of mounding and landscaping along a portion of the proposed <br />Crocker Road in North Olmsted. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. <br />Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-50 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-64 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $3,830,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city's street system <br />by grading, draining, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing the surface and <br />surfacing and resurfacing, by constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating catch basins, <br />curbs, driveway aprons, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service connections, sidewalks, <br />storm sewers and water mains and water service connections and by installing street <br />lighting, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mr. Lind <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Miller; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 95-64 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-65 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $2,025,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of improving the municipal sanitary sewer system by constructing, <br />reconstructing, rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer connections <br />and constructing a retention basin for a lift station, together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-65 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-66 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $670,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of improving the city's storm water drainage system by <br />constructing, reconstructing and otherwise improving storm sewers, culverts, retention <br />basins and other storm water drainage facilities, together with the necessary appurtenances <br />and work incidental thereto. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-66 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-55 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading.
