Council Minutes of 4/18/95 Ordinance No. 95-49 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An ordinance to amend Section 1341.03 entitled "Street Cleaning Deposit and Fee" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Ordinance No. 95-50 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An ordinance agreeing to share in the project cost and agreeing to the future maintenance of improvements for the city to participate in the State Transportation Enhancement Program for the construction of mounding and landscaping along a portion of the proposed Crocker Road in North Olmsted. MISCELLANEOUS BUS~NE,~ Mrs. Saringer announced that the next Council meeting would be held on Wednesday, May 3, because the primary election will be held on Tuesday, May 2. Mr. McKay scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting for Monday, Apri124, at 8 p.m. to discuss Ordinance Nos. 95-48 and 95-50. He asked that the Mayor and Service Director attend. Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Monday, April 24, at 8:30 p.m. to discuss Ordinance Nos. 95-45, 95-46, 95-47, 95-49 and previously discussed street repair ordinances. He asked that the Mayor, Finance Director and Service Director attend. Mayor Boyle informed Council that the senior housing plans would probably be presented to Planning Commission at the May 9 meeting. Mayor Boyle announced that on Monday, April 24, he would be swearing in the first female North Olmsted Police officer. Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Boehmer; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously.
