Council Minutes of 4/18/95 <br />Ordinance No. 95-49 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance to amend Section 1341.03 entitled "Street Cleaning Deposit and Fee" of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Ordinance No. 95-50 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An <br />ordinance agreeing to share in the project cost and agreeing to the future maintenance of <br />improvements for the city to participate in the State Transportation Enhancement Program <br />for the construction of mounding and landscaping along a portion of the proposed <br />Crocker Road in North Olmsted. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUS~NE,~ <br />Mrs. Saringer announced that the next Council meeting would be held on Wednesday, <br />May 3, because the primary election will be held on Tuesday, May 2. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting for Monday, Apri124, at <br />8 p.m. to discuss Ordinance Nos. 95-48 and 95-50. He asked that the Mayor and Service <br />Director attend. <br />Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Monday, April 24, at 8:30 p.m. to <br />discuss Ordinance Nos. 95-45, 95-46, 95-47, 95-49 and previously discussed street repair <br />ordinances. He asked that the Mayor, Finance Director and Service Director attend. <br />Mayor Boyle informed Council that the senior housing plans would probably be presented <br />to Planning Commission at the May 9 meeting. <br />Mayor Boyle announced that on Monday, April 24, he would be swearing in the first <br />female North Olmsted Police officer. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Boehmer; second by Mr. Nashar; motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Pro Tem Saringer adjourned the meeting at 9:40 p.m. <br />~.~ /~ <br />~~~ ,_ E ; <br />Barbara L.
