Council Minutes of 4/18/95 <br />r.,- Resolution No. 95-42 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A <br />~sT resolution supporting the month of April as Child Abuse Prevention Month and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. McKay moved to su~end the rules requiring three readings and <br />committee review; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved <br />for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-42 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 95-43 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A <br />resolution supporting Arbor Day and Earth Day, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Miller <br />moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. <br />Lind; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Miller moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; <br />motion passed unanimously. Resohztion No. 95-43 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-44 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the North Olmsted <br />Transit Employees Association, which agreement is the collective bargaining agreement <br />between the City and the North Olmsted Transit Employees Association, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Lind moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. <br />Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-44 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-45 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the sale of <br />surph~s city owned property located at 25128 Loxain Road and bearing Permanent Parcel <br />Numbers 231-36-006, 231-36-007, 231-36-008, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-46 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance establishing the compensation and benefits to be paid to all part-time hourly <br />employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-47 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance establishing the compensation, benefits and working conditions for salaried <br />employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Lme, who are not members of <br />the North Olmsted Transit Employees Association, Collective Bargaining Unit, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-48 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to submit an application to the Northeast Ohio Areawide <br />Coordinating Agency for the city to participate in the State Transportation Enhancement <br />Program for the construction of mounding and landscaping along a portion of the <br />proposed Crocker Road in North Olmsted, agreeing to share in the project cost, agreeing <br />to the future maintenance of said improvements, and declaring an emergency. <br />,~ <br />9 <br />
