A start date at the end of June or beginning of July will allow ample time to <br />complete the street during this construction season. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 95-22 introduced by Mr. Miller was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />to establish within the Proprietary Fund Group an "Internal Service Fund" of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Miller moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-22 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-34 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of himself and Mr. Nashar was <br />given its second reading. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the MUNICIPALITY, in the matter of <br />the hereinafter descnbed improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of <br />Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter refereed to as the <br />COUNTY. <br />Resolution No. 95-37 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of himself and Mr. Lind. A resolution authorizing the Director of Pubfic Service to <br />advertise for bids for the improvement of Clague Road Culvert No. 1 near Esther Avenue <br />as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-38 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance limiting part-time employment within the City of North Olmsted, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-39 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance amending Ordinance 94-157 entitled "An Ordinance Establishing the Method of <br />which Fees for the use of North Olmsted Springvale Golf Course are to be Fixed" and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Saringer scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting for <br />7 p.m, on Wednesday, April 12. <br />Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7 p.m on Monday, April 10, and <br />asked that Mrs. Kasler, Mr. Bohlmann and Mr. Burns attend. <br />{f.a. <br />w, <br />4 <br /> <br />
