Council Minutes of 3/21/95 Resolution No. 95-35 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A ~~ resolution supporting April as Fair Housing Month, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed tmanimously. Resolution No. 95-35 adopted. Resohution No. 95-36 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A resolution recognizing April as Cancer Control Month, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay move to suspend the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. Naar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Miller; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-36 adopted. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Mr. McKay scheduled a Legislative Committee meeting for 7 p.m on Monday, March 27, for the purpose of interviewing Planning Commission applicants and a Recreation Commission applicant. Also, the committee will review the applicants for the Charter Review Commission at 8:30 p.m so that the Mayor can attend that portion of the meeting. A special Council meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 29, at 6:30 p.m Mrs. Saringer scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7 p.m on Wednesday, March 29. In the absence of Mr. Lind, Mr. McKay scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 6:30 p.m on Tuesday, March 28. Mr. Nashar moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Lind; second by Mr. Miller; motion passed unanimously.
