Council Minutes of 3/21/95 <br />~~ <br />Ordinance No. 94-148 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing fees and charges for the rendering of emergency medical service <br />and ambulance transportation by the City of North Olmsted, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 95-7 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing a new and revised Chapter 1321 of the Codified Ordinances entitled <br />"Permit and Inspection Fees" and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 95-21 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform, part-time <br />personnel ofthe Police Department and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-23 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the City of <br />North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1995. <br />Ordinance No. 95-24 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administration and legislative <br />personnel and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-29 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted to establish revised user charges to be levied and assessed upon each lot, parcel <br />of land, building or premises having any sewer connection with the municipal sanitary <br />sewage system, providing amounts to be charged for industrial waste surcharges pursuant <br />to Chapter 915 of the Codified Ordinances and industrial pretreatment programs fees <br />pursuant to Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordinances, repealing Ordinance 94-120 and <br />declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 95-30 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance requesting and consenting to a highway striping project in 1995 by the County <br />Engineer of Cuyahoga County and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved to <br />suspend the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-30 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-34 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of himself and Mr. Nashar. An emergency ordinance enacted by the city of North <br />Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the MUNICIPALITY, in the <br />matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the <br />County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the <br />COUNTY. <br />13 <br /> <br />
