Council Minutes of 3/21/95 ~~ Ordinance No. 94-148 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing fees and charges for the rendering of emergency medical service and ambulance transportation by the City of North Olmsted, as amended. Ordinance No. 95-7 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing a new and revised Chapter 1321 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Permit and Inspection Fees" and declaring an emergency, as amended. Ordinance No. 95-21 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform, part-time personnel ofthe Police Department and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 95-23 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1995. Ordinance No. 95-24 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administration and legislative personnel and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 95-29 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted to establish revised user charges to be levied and assessed upon each lot, parcel of land, building or premises having any sewer connection with the municipal sanitary sewage system, providing amounts to be charged for industrial waste surcharges pursuant to Chapter 915 of the Codified Ordinances and industrial pretreatment programs fees pursuant to Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordinances, repealing Ordinance 94-120 and declaring an emergency, as amended. Ordinance No. 95-30 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance requesting and consenting to a highway striping project in 1995 by the County Engineer of Cuyahoga County and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-30 adopted. Ordinance No. 95-34 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf of himself and Mr. Nashar. An emergency ordinance enacted by the city of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the MUNICIPALITY, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY. 13
