<br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MARCH 1,1995 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />Present: Council President Boehmer, Council Members Limpert, Lind, Miller, <br />McKay, Nas~har, Saringer <br />Also Present: Mayor Boyle, Law Director Gareau, Clerk of Council Seman <br />Absent: Council Member Musial <br />Council President Boehmer called the special meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. in Council <br />Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 94-148 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second readmg. An <br />ordinance establishing fees and charges for the rendering of emergency medical service <br />and ambulance transportation by the City of North Olmsted, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 95-23 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the City of <br />North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1995. <br />Ordinance No. 95-24 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative <br />personnel and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-26 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing Don Copeland to make application on behalf of the <br />City of North Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant funds for the fiscal year <br />1995 (21st year), and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-27 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance authorizing a specification requirement for minority business enterprise and <br />women business enterprise participation in fiscal year 1995, (21st year), Community <br />Development Block Grant projects of 15% for minority business enterprise and 5% for <br />women business enterprise, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-28 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. to provide engineering services pertaining to <br />,. <br />~~,- <br />
