Council Minutes of 3/1/95 y operational consultation and assistance with respect to sewer transmission lines and the Wastewater Treatment Plant, including all utilities, NPDES permit renewal, and negotiations with the U. S. EPA, Ohio EPA and Ohio Environmental Board of Review and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 95-29 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance amending Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted to establish revised user charges to be levied and assessed upon each lot, parcel of land, building or premises having any sewer connection with the municipal sanitary sewage system, providing amounts to be charged for industrial waste surcharges pursuant to Chapter 915 of the Codified Ordinances and industrial pretreatment programs fees pursuant to Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordinances, repealing Ordinance No. 94-120 and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved to adjourn into executive session to discuss bonding; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Council adjourned into executive session at 6:38 p.m Council reconvened in the caucus room at 7:46 p.m. Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Musial; second by Mr. Miller; motion passed unanimously. President Boehmer assigned Ordinance Nos. 95-23, 95-24, 95-28 and 95-29 to the Finance Committee. Ordinance Nos. 95-26 and 95-27 have akeady been discussed in the Legislative Committee. Ordinance No. 94-148, as amended, will go back to the Finance Committee for further review.
