Council Minutes of 3/1/95 <br />y <br />operational consultation and assistance with respect to sewer transmission lines and the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant, including all utilities, NPDES permit renewal, and <br />negotiations with the U. S. EPA, Ohio EPA and Ohio Environmental Board of Review <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-29 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance amending Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted to establish revised user charges to be levied and assessed upon each lot, parcel <br />of land, building or premises having any sewer connection with the municipal sanitary <br />sewage system, providing amounts to be charged for industrial waste surcharges pursuant <br />to Chapter 915 of the Codified Ordinances and industrial pretreatment programs fees <br />pursuant to Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordinances, repealing Ordinance No. 94-120 <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. McKay moved to adjourn into executive session to discuss bonding; second by Mr. <br />Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Council adjourned into executive session at <br />6:38 p.m <br />Council reconvened in the caucus room at 7:46 p.m. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Musial; second by Mr. Miller; motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />President Boehmer assigned Ordinance Nos. 95-23, 95-24, 95-28 and 95-29 to the <br />Finance Committee. Ordinance Nos. 95-26 and 95-27 have akeady been discussed in the <br />Legislative Committee. Ordinance No. 94-148, as amended, will go back to the Finance <br />Committee for further review. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no fiuher business to come before <br />Council, President Boehmer adjourned the special meeting at 7:49 p.m. <br />~~~ <br />. -~ <br />,,.~ ~x~a.z _... <br />Barbara L.
