Council Minutes of 2/21/95 <br />,,~. Resolution No. 95-4 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third readmg. A resolution <br />=;~ authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for cleaning services for various <br />municipal buildings, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-4 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 95-5 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction of catch <br />basin, manhole, sidewalk, curbing and pavement repairs at various locations in the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-5 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 95-6 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids with an outside contractor <br />for the purpose of providing, on a contract basis, leaf pick-up service throughout the City <br />of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-6 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-174 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for <br />the removal of `moo Parking" signs on LeBern Drive from Clague Road west to Hawkins <br />Road, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-10 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company Inc., to provide <br />construction observation services for various capital improvement projects, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-11 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its <br />second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and <br />accept bids for the improvement of Alexander Road as detailed in the specifications on file <br />and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-12 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for the <br />improvement of Park Lane as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-13 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for the <br />improvement of Douglas Drive, Alden Drive and Willet Road as detailed in the <br />specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />7 <br /> <br />
