Council Minutes of 2!21/95 Resolution No. 95-14 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Lmd was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for the improvement of Ambour Drive as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 95-15 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for the improvement of Bretton Ridge Phase 2 as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 95-16 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for the improvement of Frank Street as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company, Inc., to provide engineering services for the Georgette Avenue relief sewer project, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 95-19 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Chapter 941 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled `defuse Collection" by creating Section 941.04 therein entitled "Placement and Collection of Recyclable Materials" and declaring an emergency. 8
