Council Minutes of 2!21/95 <br />Resolution No. 95-14 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Lmd was given its <br />second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and <br />accept bids for the improvement of Ambour Drive as detailed in the specifications on file <br />and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-15 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for the <br />improvement of Bretton Ridge Phase 2 as detailed in the specifications on file and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-16 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its <br />second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and <br />accept bids for the improvement of Frank Street as detailed in the specifications on file and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-17 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its <br />second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for <br />bids for the construction of the sanitary sewer rehabilitation, Phase G, improvements at <br />various locations in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-18 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company, Inc., to provide <br />engineering services for the Georgette Avenue relief sewer project, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-19 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for the <br />improvement of the eastern portion of Sweetbrier Drive as detailed in the specifications on <br />file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-20 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1163.23 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code, entitled <br />"Exemption to Regulations," and creating new Section 1163.23, entitled, "Regulation of <br />Painted Wall Murals in Commercial Districts." <br />Ordinance No. 95-22 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Miller. An <br />ordinance to establish within the Proprietary Fund Group an "Internal Service Fund" of <br />the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-25 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Miller. An <br />ordinance amending Chapter 941 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted <br />entitled `defuse Collection" by creating Section 941.04 therein entitled "Placement and <br />Collection of Recyclable Materials" and declaring an emergency. <br />8 <br />
