Council Minutes of 1/17/95 <br />,~ Resolution No. 95-9 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A <br />~.;~: resolution ratifying and confirming the settlement of the case of James D. Boehmer, et. al. <br />v. J. P. Farley Corp., Court of Common Pleas, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. McKay moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and <br />committee review; second by Mr. Lind. Roll call: McKay, yes; Lmd, yes; Limpert, no; <br />Bahas, yes; Musial no; Nashar, yes; Saringer, yes. Motion passed with five affirmative <br />votes and two negative votes. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lmd. Roll <br />call: McKay, yes; Lmd, yes; Limpert, no; Musial, no; Saringer, yes; Nashar, yes; Bahas, <br />yes. Motion passed with five affirmative votes and two negative votes. Resolution <br />No. 95-9 adopted. <br />MISCELLANEOUS EUSINESS <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting for Wednesday, January <br />25, at 7 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 95-5. He requested that Mr. Bohlmann attend. <br />Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, <br />January 25.
