Council Minutes of 10/1/96 <br />„~ LEGISLATION <br />. ~ Resolution No. 96-164 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar on <br />behalf of Mr. McKay. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise <br />for bids for the collection of all refuse in the City of North Olmsted, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-165 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar on behalf <br />of Mr. McKay. An ordinance to amend Section 917.02 entitled "Limitations on <br />Wastewater Strength" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Resolution No. 96-166 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Saringer on <br />behalf of Mr. Lind. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise <br />for bids for 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-167 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Musial on behalf <br />of Mr. Lind. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1996. <br />Resolution No. 96-168 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing accepting for recording purpose only the Beaumont Place <br />subdivision plat in the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-169 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Musial on behalf <br />of Mr. O'Grady. An ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current <br />replacement pages and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Mr. Nashar moved to adjourn into executive session regarding a personnel matter; second <br />by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Council adjourned into executive session at <br />8:30 p.m. <br />The meeting was reconvened by President Boehmer at 8:58 p.m. <br />Mr. Limpert moved to excuse the absence of Mr. O'Grady, Mr. Lind and Mr. McKay; <br />second by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 9 p.m. <br />~ 7 ~ <br />~_ _~~M) 1. rr..~L <br />c~,~Z[,~tt-~- <br />Barbara L.
