Council Minutes of 9/17/96 which might affect exiting Wisteria; how will traffic signalization work for vehicles proceeding west on Mill Road to take a right turn onto Porter and a left turn onto North Park; no current traffic signalization on North Park Drive. This morning, a board of control meeting was held to select the lowest, best and most responsive bidder for this project. We will proceed with the project and do have the ability at a later date to review the entire intersection again. We do have the right to add a change order or not perform a part of the project. We must begin construction by October I5, but the vast majority of the job will be done in the spring. No paving work will be done this year, but there will be utility work and storm sewer work. There is time for a change in the portion of the project that is concerning Mrs. Kummer. If we do not break ground soon, the Issue 2 funds will be lost. Alex Rychlik, 27900 North Park Drive, wanted Council to table the Porter/Mill project until next year. LEGISLATION Ordinance No. 96-88 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An ordinance renewing the non-exclusive franchise agreement between the City of North Olmsted and Cablevision Systems Corporation granting it the right to construct, operate and maintain a cable system for the purpose of transmitting, receiving, amplifying and distributing analog and digital, television, radio, data signals and for any other purpose permitted by law by the City of North Olmsted for a fifteen (15) year period, as amended. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-88 adopted. Ordinance No. 96-115 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading. An ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on property owned by Joseph T. and Marilyn C. Malicki and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-29-O1 by Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "B" and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-115 adopted. Ordinance No. 96-117 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading. An ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on property owned by Great Northern Shopping Center and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-27-1 Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "B" and declaring an emergency.
