<br />~,, Ordinance No. 96-124 introduced by Mr. Lind on behalf of Mayor Boyle was given its
<br />~~ third reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter
<br />into an agreement with JAT Associates, Inc. to provide architectural and engineering
<br />services for the addition to the North Olmsted Police Station project, and declaring an
<br />emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed
<br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-124 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 96-125 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance
<br />providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount
<br />of $16,350,000 for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary sewer system and its
<br />functions by constructing, reconstructing, rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers,
<br />sanitary sewer connections and pumping and retention facilities, by improving and
<br />equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant and by constructing and reconstructing storm
<br />sewers and other storm water drainage facilities and improvements to control and limit the
<br />volume of storm water entering or otherwise affecting the sanitary sewerage system,
<br />together in all cases with any necessary appurtenances and the performance of any
<br />incidental work. Mr. Musial moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed
<br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-125 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 96-126 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance
<br />providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount
<br />of $7,840,000 for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city's street
<br />system by grading, draining, widening, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing the
<br />surface and surfacing and resurfacing, constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating catch
<br />basins, curbs, driveway aprons, manholes, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service
<br />connections, sidewalks, storm sewers and water mains and water service connections and
<br />installing street lighting, all where necessary, in each case together with the necessary
<br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by
<br />Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-126 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 96-127 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance
<br />providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount
<br />of $4,200,000 for the purpose of acquiring Springvale Country Club, including land and
<br />the clubhouse, maintenance building and other structures located thereon, fixtures,
<br />furnishings and equipment, sprinkler, underground drainage and water distribution systems
<br />and related site improvements, all together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, for
<br />use as a golf course and recreational and community center. Mr. Musial moved for
<br />adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-127
<br />adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 96-128 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance
<br />providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount
<br />of $3,920,000 for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city's street
<br />system by grading, draining, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing the surface and
<br />surfacing and resurfacing, constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating catch basins,
