Council Minutes of 9/17/96 <br />,,~, Ordinance No. 96-138 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount <br />of $205,000 for the purpose of constructing, furnishing, equipping and otherwise <br />improving an addition to the city's Police Station and preparing and improving the site <br />thereof. Mr. Musial moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-138 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-139 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount <br />of $105,00 for the purpose of acquiring and installing computerized telecommunications <br />equipment for use at city facilities. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Musial; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-139 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-140 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $150,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of acquiring and equipping an emergency rescue vehicle for use in <br />carrying out functions of the Division of Fire of the Department of Public Safety, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Musial moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-140 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 96-143 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle was given its <br />third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for Phase H sanitary sewer rehabilitation at various locations in the City of North Olmsted <br />as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Musial; <br />motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 96-143 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 96-144 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for a supervisory <br />control and data acquisition (SCADA) system for the WWTP and for the sanitary sewer <br />system as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for <br />the same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Musial; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 96-144 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-146 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on property owned by <br />North Olmsted Associates and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-3-3, 11, 12 by <br />Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "B" and <br />authorizing the payment to North Olmsted Associates of $908.00 for said easement and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-146 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-148 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle was given its <br />third reading.
