Ordinance No. 96-131 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $970,000 for the purpose of improving the city's park and recreational facilities by acquiring and installing heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment for the Community Cabin and improving the Recreation Center complex by surfacing and resurfacing parking areas and driveways and providing curbs, related drainage improvements, landscaping and lighting therefor, reconstructing and paving with concrete the existing walkway from Lorain Road to the complex and constructing a building to house maintenance equipment therefor on its site, all together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 96-132 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $895,000 for the purpose of improving the city's storm water drainage system by constructing, reconstructing and otherwise improving storm sewers, culverts, retention basins and other storm water drainage facilities, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 96-133 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $815,000 for the purposes of acquiring motor vehicles and equipment, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, for use in carrying out functions of the Department of Public Services and acquiring motor vehicles, including four pick-up trucks and three automobiles, for use in carrying out city services and functions. Ordinance No. 96-134 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $770,000 for the purpose of acquiring fire trucks, together with the necessary equipment and appurtenances thereto, for use in carrying out functions of the Division of Fire of the Department of Public Safety. Ordinance No. 96-135 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $365,000 for the purpose of improving the city administration complex by renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating and otherwise improving the Town Ha11, remodeling, furnishing and equipping the City Hall, improving the electrical system serving the complex and installing aback-up electrical system for the city's computer, telephone and emergency lighting systems and constructing a canopy to cover the fuel pump island on the site thereof, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 96-136 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind.
