Council Minutes of 8/20/96 <br />Ordinance No. 96-109 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />:~. ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Polytech, Inc. to provide construction observation services for the <br />Clague Park sanitary sewer retention improvement project, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-109 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-113 introduced by Mr. Mr. Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting for dedication the Barton Oaks subdivision which includes Jacqueline <br />Lane in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-115 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert. An <br />ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on property owned by <br />Joseph T. and Maxilyn C. Malicki and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-29-01 by <br />Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "B" and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-117 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert. An <br />ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on property owned by <br />Great Northern Shopping Center and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 235-27-1 <br />Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "B" and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-123 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind on behalf <br />of Mayor Boyle and the entire Council. An ordinance approving a new sewer capital <br />charges agreement between the City of North Olmsted and the City of Fairview Park <br />under which a portion of the City of Fairview Park is served by the city's sanitary sewer <br />system modifying the existing capital charges agreement, authorizing the execution of the <br />new agreement, as amended and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-124 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind on behalf <br />of Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to <br />enter into an agreement with JAT Associates, Inc. to provide architectural and engineering <br />services for the addition to the North Olmsted Police Station project, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-125 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $16,350,000 for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary sewer system and <br />its functions by constructing, reconstructing, rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers, <br />sanitary sewer connections and pumping and retention facilities, by improving and <br />equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant and by constructing and reconstructing storm <br />sewers and other storm water drainage facilities and improvements to control and limit the <br />volume of storm water entering or otherwise affecting the sanitary sewerage system, <br />S <br />~'°" I <br />i <br />
