Council Minutes of 2/20/96 ~, Ordinance No. 96-19 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a traiic signal system at the intersection of Lorain Road and Walter Road and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-19 adopted. Ordinance No. 96-21 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform, part-time personnel of the Police Department and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar. Roll call: McKay, yes; Nashar, yes; Musial, yes; O'Grady, yes; Saringer, yes; Limpert, abstain. Motion passed with five affirmative votes and one abstention. Ordinance No. 96-21 adopted. Ordinance No. 96-23 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Co. to provide engineering services for the inspection and evaluation of sanitary manholes in the area tributary to the LeBern Lift Station and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 96-24 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Dn•ector of Public Service to advertise for bids for the improvement of Bretton Ridge Phase 3 as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of tine City of North Olmsted to enter into a revocable licensing agreement with the Sandy Ridge Homeowners' Association for the purpose of permitting the said homeowners' association to install three (3) entranceway signs and landscaping with the right-of--way on Limpert Lane, at Dover Center Road; Park Place at Canterbury Road; and Chapel Hill Drive at Canterbury Road; and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously.
