Council Minutes of 2/20/96 <br />~, Ordinance No. 96-19 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the <br />installation of a traiic signal system at the intersection of Lorain Road and Walter Road <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-19 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-21 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform, part-time <br />personnel of the Police Department and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Nashar. Roll call: McKay, yes; Nashar, yes; Musial, yes; <br />O'Grady, yes; Saringer, yes; Limpert, abstain. Motion passed with five affirmative votes <br />and one abstention. Ordinance No. 96-21 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-23 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Co. to provide engineering services for <br />the inspection and evaluation of sanitary manholes in the area tributary to the LeBern Lift <br />Station and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 96-24 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Dn•ector of Public Service to advertise for bids for the <br />improvement of Bretton Ridge Phase 3 as detailed in the specifications on file and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-26 untroduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Chapter 90 l entitled "Excavations" of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 96-27 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Chapter 905 entitled "Driveways" of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 96-28 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Section 1353.12 "Maintaining Grade Lines Established by City" of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Ordinance No. 96-31 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of tine City of North Olmsted to enter into a revocable <br />licensing agreement with the Sandy Ridge Homeowners' Association for the purpose of <br />permitting the said homeowners' association to install three (3) entranceway signs and <br />landscaping with the right-of--way on Limpert Lane, at Dover Center Road; Park Place at <br />Canterbury Road; and Chapel Hill Drive at Canterbury Road; and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. <br />O'Grady; motion passed unanimously.
