Council Minutes of 2/20/96 <br />~~ Ordinance No. 96-32 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Western Reserve Engineernig & Surveying Company to provide engineering services <br />for analysis of the West Park-Forest Ridge storm sewer system and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Liinpert moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-32 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-34 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1309 of the Building Code of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency <br />Ordinance No. 96-35 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Musial. An <br />ordinance accepting two (2) storm drainage easements located adjacent to the Ehle Ditch <br />(crossing Blossom Boulevard) in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 96-37 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />of sewer flow meters as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for the same, and declarnng an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-38 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of Mayor Boyle. An emergency ordinal~ce enacted by the City of North Olmsted, <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and <br />requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio. (Repair and <br />resurfacing of Bradley Road. ) <br />The Mayor took his seat at this time. <br />Ordinance No. 96-40 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. to provide engineering services pertaining to the <br />biological monitoring requirements of the 1995 NPDES permit as required by the Ohio <br />EPA and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 9b-41 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Dennis A. Seifert & Associates, Inc. to provide engineering services <br />pertaining to drainage improvements for the Woodside-Deepwoods area and the Duane <br />Road area, and declai-iug an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-42 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of Mr. Lind.
