Council Minutes of 2/6/96 <br /> <br />Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 96-20 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-21 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second readmg. An <br />ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform, part-time <br />personnel of the Police Department and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-23 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Co. to provide engineering services for <br />the inspection and evaluation of sanitary manholes in the area tributary to the LeBern Lift <br />Station and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 96-24 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the <br />improvement of Bretton Ridge Phase 3 as detailed in the specifications on file and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 96-25 was introduced by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire <br />Council. A resolution commending the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Lme (NOMBL) on <br />its 65th anniversary, March 1, 1996, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for <br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed <br />unanimously. An <br />ordinance to amending Chapter 901 entitled "Excavations" of the Codified Ordinances of <br />the City of North Olnsted, Ohio. <br />Ordinance No. 96-27 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance to amend Chapter 905 entitled "Driveways" of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Ordinance No. 96-28 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Musial. An <br />ordinance to amend Section 1353.12 "Maintaining Grade Lines Established by City" of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Ordinance No. 96-31 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a revocable <br />licensing agreement with the Sandy Ridge Homeowners' Association for the purpose of <br />permitting the said homeowners' association to install three (3) entranceway signs and <br />landscaping within the right-of--way on Limpert Lane, at Dover Center Road; Park Place <br />at Canterbury Road; and Chapel Hill Drive at Canterbury Road; and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />11 <br /> <br />
