Council Minutes of 2/6/96 Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-20 adopted. Ordinance No. 96-21 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second readmg. An ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform, part-time personnel of the Police Department and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-23 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Co. to provide engineering services for the inspection and evaluation of sanitary manholes in the area tributary to the LeBern Lift Station and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 96-24 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the improvement of Bretton Ridge Phase 3 as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 96-25 was introduced by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution commending the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Lme (NOMBL) on its 65th anniversary, March 1, 1996, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance to amending Chapter 901 entitled "Excavations" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olnsted, Ohio. Ordinance No. 96-27 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An ordinance to amend Chapter 905 entitled "Driveways" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Ordinance No. 96-28 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Musial. An ordinance to amend Section 1353.12 "Maintaining Grade Lines Established by City" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Ordinance No. 96-31 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a revocable licensing agreement with the Sandy Ridge Homeowners' Association for the purpose of permitting the said homeowners' association to install three (3) entranceway signs and landscaping within the right-of--way on Limpert Lane, at Dover Center Road; Park Place at Canterbury Road; and Chapel Hill Drive at Canterbury Road; and declaring an emergency. 11
