Council Minutes of 1/16/96 Ordinance No. 96-12 was introduced and placed on first readmg by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Howard, Needles, Tammen and Bergendoffto provide engineering services pertaining to removal of the bike path from the plans for the proposed Crocker-Stearns Road in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-13 was introduced and placed on first readmg by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company to provide engineering services for the Brookpark culvert drainage study and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-14 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to petition the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners for the annexation of those portions of Springvale Golf Course and Country Club situated in Olmsted Township, Ohio, to the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-15 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a regulatory sign reading "Truck Route" (arrow pointing west) at the Wal- Mart exit drive onto Country Club Boulevard and a R-142-24 "No Thru Truck" symbol sign on the south side of Country Club Boulevard immediately east of the Wal-Mart drive and immediately west of the Country Club Boulevard and Cohunbia Road intersection, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-16 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of Brookpark Road, the drive serving Great Northern Shopping Center on the south and the drive serving Stark parcel on the north and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 9b-17 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of Lorain Road, Whitethorn Avenue and the Toys R Us Drive and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-18 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of Country Club Boulevard and Victoria Lane and declaring an emergency. >~,,; 7
