An <br />~~ ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Steiger, Hurray & Associates, Inc. to provide engineering services for improvements <br />to the city radio communications system, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 95-162 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-1 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an agreement with the North <br />Olmsted City School District providing for the sharing of certain municipal income tax <br />revenues related to a project to be owned and constructed by Fortney & Weygandt, Inc. <br />Ordinance No. 96-3 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with the George S. Rider Company to provide architectural and engineering services for <br />improvements to the Springvale Country Club and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-4 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting for recording purposes only the plat for the rededication of Hawkins <br />Avenue for street and highway purposes in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; <br />second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-4 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-8 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, <br />in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and to request cooperation by the <br />Director of Transportation. <br />Ordinance No. 96-9 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1701.01 (a) and 1701.01 (b) of the Codified Ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 96-10 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction <br />of catch basin, manhole, sidewalk, curbing and pavement repairs at various locations in the <br />City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 96-11 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay.
