Council Minutes of 112/96 Ordinance No. 96-8 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and to request cooperation by the Director of Transportation. Ordinance No. 96-9 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An ordinance amending Section 1701 (a) and 1701 (b) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 96-10 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction of catch basin, manhole, sidewalk, curbing and pavement repairs at various locations in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. The following legislation was placed on the agenda to be tabled: Resolution No. 95-86 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the collection of all solid waste and recycling in the City of North Olmsted, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved to table; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-86 tabled. Resolution No. 92-45 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Bio Gro System, Inc. to provide services including the removal and disposal of lime-stabilized liquid sh~dge and sludge cake from the Wastewater Treatment Plant and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved to table; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Resohrtion No. 92-45 tabled. Ordinance No. 91-179 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its third reading. An ordinance amending the Taxation Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted by amending Section 1501.0316 entitled "Resident" of Chapter 1501.03 entitled `definitions." Mr. Nashar moved to table; second by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-179 tabled. Ordinance No. 95-90 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Mrs. Sara White to provide services pertaining to the installation of computer equipment, software and appurtenances at various municipal buildings, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved to table; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-90 tabled. 5
