Council Minutes of 112/96 <br />Ordinance No. 96-8 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, <br />in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and to request cooperation by the <br />Director of Transportation. <br />Ordinance No. 96-9 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1701 (a) and 1701 (b) of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 96-10 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction <br />of catch basin, manhole, sidewalk, curbing and pavement repairs at various locations in the <br />City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />The following legislation was placed on the agenda to be tabled: <br />Resolution No. 95-86 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the collection of all solid <br />waste and recycling in the City of North Olmsted, and authorizing the Mayor to contract <br />for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved to table; second by Mr. Lind; <br />motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-86 tabled. <br />Resolution No. 92-45 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Bio Gro System, Inc. to <br />provide services including the removal and disposal of lime-stabilized liquid sh~dge and <br />sludge cake from the Wastewater Treatment Plant and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind <br />moved to table; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Resohrtion <br />No. 92-45 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 91-179 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Taxation Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted by amending Section 1501.0316 entitled "Resident" of Chapter 1501.03 entitled <br />`definitions." Mr. Nashar moved to table; second by Mr. Musial; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-179 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 95-90 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Mrs. Sara White to provide services pertaining to the installation of <br />computer equipment, software and appurtenances at various municipal buildings, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved to table; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-90 tabled. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />
