Council Minutes of 11/18/97 Resolution No. 97-111 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution authorizing the City of North Olmsted to implement a plan to purchase additional service credit tax-deferred by payroll deduction, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 97-111 adopted. Ordinance No. 97-112 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance adopting a new Section 1501.1504 entitled "Personal Liability" within Part Fifteen of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio entitled Taxation Code, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-113 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Musial. An ordinance amending Section One of Ordinance Number 96-56, which establishes rates of compensation for various administration and legislative personnel, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-114 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance amending Section Two of Ordinance Number 96-56, which establishes rates of compensation for various administration and legislative personnel and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting on Monday, November 24, at 6:30 p.m. and asked that Directors Bohlmann and Burns and Mayor Boyle attend. Mr. McKay asked that the Streets & Drainage Committee members attend the Finance Committee meeting as one of the pieces of legislation would be discussed by both committees.
