Council Minutes of 11/18/97 h.. Ordinance No. 97-104 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio. (Repair and resurfacing of Barton Road from the Cuyahoga West County Line to Lorain Road.) Ordinance No. 97-105 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 3 1, 1998. Resolution No. 97-106 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. Resolution No. 97-107 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for laboratory analytical services to support the Wastewater Treatment Plant, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 97-108 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for seal coat surface treatment for various city parking lots in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-109 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for construction and installation of ADA facilities and all related equipment as well as minor kitchen renovations at North Olmsted's Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-110 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1998, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously.
