Council Minutes of 11/18/97 Ordinance No. 97-98 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An ordinance ,~, ~~ amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of regulatory symbol signs R-69C-12, to prohibit parking in the turn-around stubs provided on the south side, east end of 5ummerland Avenue and Virginia Avenue, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 97-98 adopted. Ordinance No. 97-99 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of regulatory signs R-55-12, "No Parking Anytime," on both sides of Mill Road between Porter and Dover Center Road and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 97-99 adopted. Ordinance No. 97-100 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of stop signs in the Bridgeport subdivision at the following locations: northeast corner of Maple Ridge Road and Bridgeport Drive intersection (regulating westbound traffic on Maple Ridge Drive); southwest corner of Sharon Drive and Bridgeport Drive intersection (regulating eastbound traffic on Sharon Drive); southwest corner of Woodview Drive and Bridgeport Drive intersection (regulating eastbound traffic on Woodview Drive); and southwest corner of Bridgeport Drive intersection with Bridgeport Drive (regulating eastbound traffic on Bridgeport Drive), and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-101 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $100,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring and equipping an emergency rescue vehicle for use in carrying out functions of the Division of Fire of the Department of Public Safety; and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Walter & Haverfield to provide telecommunications consulting services with respect to wireless communications systems and installations and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-103 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Section 911.07 entitled "Building Sewers and Connections" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. ,. 6
