Council Minutes of 11/5/97 <br />Ordinance No. 97-91 introduced by Mr. Musial on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for the deposit of <br />public monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active and <br />interim account of the city. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 97-91 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 97-92 introduced by Mr. Musial on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its third <br />reading. A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 1998, all money due and owing said city from any <br />collection source. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 97-92 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 97-95 introduced by Mr. Nashar on behalf of Mayor Boyle and the entire <br />Council was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a <br />contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 1998, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 97-96 introduced by Mr. Lind on behalf of Mr. Musial was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance accepting for dedication the Bridgeport Village Subdivision <br />which includes Maple Ridge Road (west extension), Sharon Drive (east extension), <br />Woodview Drive (east extension) and Bridgeport Drive (entirely), in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 97-98 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for <br />the installation of regulatory symbol signs R-69C-12, to prohibit parking in the turn- <br />around stubs provided on the south side, east end of Summerland Avenue and Virginia <br />Avenue, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 97-99 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for <br />the installation of regulatory signs R-55-12, "No Parking Anytime," on both sides of Mi11 <br />Road between Porter and Dover Center Road and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 97-100 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for <br />the installation of stop signs in the Bridgeport subdivision at the following locations: <br />northeast corner of Maple Ridge Road and Bridgeport Drive intersection (regulating <br />westbound traffic on Maple Ridge Drive); southwest corner of Sharon Drive and <br />Bridgeport Drive intersection (regulating eastbound traffic on Sharon Drive); southwest <br />corner of Woodview Drive and Bridgeport Drive intersection (regulating eastbound traffic <br />on Woodview Drive); and southwest corner of Bridgeport Drive intersection with <br />Bridgeport Drive (regulating eastbound traffic on Bridgeport Drive), and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />4 <br />~o,.~.~.> ., . <br />
