Council Minutes of 10/21/97 ,,,~ Ordinance No. 97-94 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An - ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages; and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 97-94 adopted. Resolution No. 97-95 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar on behalf of Mayor Boyle and the entire Council. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 1998, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-96 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind on behalf of Mr. Musial. An ordinance accepting for dedication the Bridgeport Village Subdivision which includes Maple Ridge Road (west extension), Sharon Drive (east extension), Woodview Drive (east extension) and Bridgeport Drive (entirely), in the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 97-97 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert on behalf of Mayor Boyle and the entire Council. A resolution opposing the rezoning of Parcel E (located on the north side of Brookpark Road across from Wal-Mart) from Office use to Retail use and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 97-97 adopted. Ordinance No. 97-98 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of regulatory symbol signs R-69C-12, to prohibit parking in the turn- around stubs provided on the south side, east end of Summerland Avenue and Virginia Avenue, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-99 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of regulatory signs R-55-12, "No Parking Anytime," on both sides of Mill Road between Porter and Dover Center Road and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Mr. Limpert moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Musial and Mr. Boehmer; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on November 5. 7 ~...
