Council Minutes of S/19/97 Resolution No. 97-72 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of various municipal capital infrastructure improvements projects, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-73 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance creating new Chapter 1167 of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Wireless Communication Towers," and amending the following sections of the Zoning Code in order to implement the provisions of said new Chapter 1167: Sections 1118.01, 1118.02, 1118.03, 1126.06, 1135.01, 1136.04, 1137.02, 1139.01, 1141.02, 1145.03 and 1149.03. Ordinance No. 97-74 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance designating a percentage of revenues derived from the lease of city property for commercial antenna sites to the city's Economic Development Fund, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-75 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance designating a percentage of income tax revenues derived from tax abatement projects to the city's Economic Development Fund, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-76 was introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of the entire Council. An ordinance approving the ordinance submitted to the Council by the electors by initiative petition. (The initiative petition reads: "An ordinance amending the Zoning Code and accompanying Zone Map thereto known as Ordinance No. 90-125, passed 5-21-91, by changing the classification of the zone district of a certain parcel of land on Brookpark Road east of Great Northern Boulevard known as Parcel E from Office Building to General Retail Business District.") Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; the motion failed unanimously. Ordinance No. 97-76 is not adopted. Ordinance No. 97-77 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay.
