Resolution <br />No. 97-30 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 97-32 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for <br />the installation of "No Parking Between Signs" six feet north of the north side of the <br />driveway at 4185 Danberry Drive and the north side of the drive at 4171 Danberry Drive <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring <br />three readings and committee review. Mr. McKay commented that this legislation was <br />simply correcting a typographical error in the original ordinance dealing with this sign. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Nashar and unanimously passed. Mr. McKay moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 97-32 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 97-33 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to <br />enter into an agreement with Adache-Ciuni-Lynn Associates, Inc., to provide engineering <br />services for the design of drainage improvements for the Forest Ridge subdivision and <br />Lansing Drive storm relief sewer, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 97-34 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of Mayor Boyle. An ordinance to establish within the Special Revenue Fund Group a <br />"Hotel/Motel Tax Fund" of the City of North Olmsted for receipt of hoteUmotel tax <br />monies and related expenditures for safety equipment, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 97-35 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 8,000 tons of <br />salt, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. <br />Ordinance No. 97-36 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Musial. An <br />ordinance creating a new Chapter 1167 of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, <br />entitled, "Submittal of Development Plans." <br />Resolution No. 97-37 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar on behalf <br />of Mayor Boyle, Mr. Limpert and himself. A resolution requesting a review by the State <br />Legislature of Ohio Revised Code 4303.29 as amended, effective November 1, 1994, <br />subject to economic development project and defining specific limitations. <br />Ordinance No. 97-40 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Musial. An <br />ordinance accepting for dedication the Beaumont Place subdivision which includes <br />Beaumont Drive (west extension), in the City of North Olmsted. <br />8 <br />
