Council Minutes of 4/15/97 Ordinance No. 97-41 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a lease agreement with AT&T Wireless Communications for land on which to place a monopole antenna, surrounding complex, fencing, landscaping and related equipment at a designated area of Clague Park. Ordinance No. 97-42 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $200,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of constructing, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving an addition to the city's Police Station and preparing and improving the site thereof. Mr. Lind noted that the fiscal officer's certificate was attached. Ordinance No. 97-43 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $200,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and storm water drainage facilities. Mr. Lind noted that the fiscal officer's certificate was attached. NIISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Mr. Lind commented that residents who live around Clague Park had attended the Planning Commission meeting last week and had expressed their desire that monies received from AT&T be earmarked for improvements to the park. This issue will be addressed during the discussions on Ordinance 97-41. Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee and a joint Finance/Recreation Committee meeting for Monday, Apri121, at 7 p.m. and asked that the Finance Director and Service Director attend. Mr. Musial scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 6:30 p.m. on April 28 to discuss Ordinances Nos. 97-27, 97-40, 96-100 and 96-102. He requested that Planning Commission chairperson Ron Talton be asked to attend. Mr. Nashar scheduled a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for 8 p.m. on Monday, Apri121, and asked that Safety Director Kasler attend. Mr. Limpert scheduled a Transportation Committee meeting to immediately follow the Public Safety meeting on Monday, Apri121, and asked that the Service Director attend.
