Council Minutes of 3/18/97 <br />Ordinance No, 97-22 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North <br />Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Enviro Enterprises, Inc. to provide engineering <br />services for the evaluation of the existing aeration process system at the North Olmsted <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 97-23 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Musial was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance <br />of a water line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to land <br />owned by Hennie Homes, Inc. and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Mr. Musial scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for March 24 at 6:30 p.m. to discuss <br />items from the Planning Commission and other boards and commissions.
