The resolution is not <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 97-14 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on property owned by <br />Service Station Holdings, Inc. and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-20-07 by <br />Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "A" and described <br />on Exhibit "B" and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 97-15 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Polytech Inc., to provide engineering services for two structural steel <br />platforms at the North Olmsted wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 97-19 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the City of <br />North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1997. <br />Ordinance No. 97-21 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to make emergency repairs on the <br />microscreens at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, without public bidding, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 97-22 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of the Mayor. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North <br />Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Enviro Enterprises, Inc. to provide engineering <br />services for the evaluation of the existing aeration process system at the North Olmsted <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 97-23 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of Mr. Musial. An ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance <br />of a water line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to land <br />owned by Hennie Homes, Inc. and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 97-24 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to replace or install signs on various <br />streets welcoming people to the City of North Olmsted, without public bidding and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />7 <br />I <br />
