Council Minutes of 3/4/97 goal. Roll call continued: McKay, yes; Nashar, no. With three affirmative votes and two -:~,~ negative votes, the motion failed for lack of a majority vote. The resolution is not adopted. Ordinance No. 97-14 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on property owned by Service Station Holdings, Inc. and designated as Permanent Parcel No. 234-20-07 by Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit "A" and described on Exhibit "B" and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-15 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Polytech Inc., to provide engineering services for two structural steel platforms at the North Olmsted wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-19 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1997. Ordinance No. 97-21 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to make emergency repairs on the microscreens at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, without public bidding, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-22 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf of the Mayor. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Enviro Enterprises, Inc. to provide engineering services for the evaluation of the existing aeration process system at the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-23 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Musial. An ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to land owned by Hennie Homes, Inc. and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 97-24 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to replace or install signs on various streets welcoming people to the City of North Olmsted, without public bidding and declaring an emergency. 7 I
