<br />Council Minutes of 1/21/97 <br />NO AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 96-189 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Section 911.09 entitled "Sewer Connections; Tap-in Permit, Fee and <br />Penalty" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Mr. McKay <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 96-189 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-190 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting one (1) storm sewer easement located in the Coe lateral ditch in the <br />City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Musial moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-190 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-191 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Section 901.07 entitled "Treelawn Openings; Permit and Fee" of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Mr. McKay moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-191 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 96-192 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for an addition <br />and alterations at the Police Station as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing <br />the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 96-192 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 97-7 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for <br />the installation of "No Parking Between Signs" on the south side of the driveway at 4185 <br />Danberry Drive and the north side of the drive at 4171 Danberry Drive and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Mr. Musial scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 6:30 p.m. on February 3. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of President Boehmer; second by Mr. Musial; <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Pro Tem Saringer adjourned the meeting at 8:29 p.m. <br />G~~ ti.~-~ <br />~'°" Barbara L.
