This
is the company that recently purchased Corporate I and II which, according to one of the
articles, have an occupancy rate in excess of 90%. The other article indicated that Duke
Realty is currently in negotiations with the Wolstein Group to purchase the 10 1/2 acres of
property next to the Moen building. Duke Realty is considering a 250,000 square foot
multi-tenant office building and is also negotiating with an anchor tenant. Duke Realty
came to the Cleveland area about a year ago because they believe that the Cleveland
suburban area is prime for office space. In addition to Corporate I and II, they have
purchased another building in North Olmsted and are also active in Independence and
Pepper Pike--basically the office areas outside of downtown Cleveland of which North
Olmsted is a part. The company's biggest investment is in North Olmsted. The Mayor is
~"' happy about this deal and hopes that it goes through because he has previously said that
~.
