Council Minutes of 11/17/98 Ordinance No. 98-134 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady. An ~,; ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for Council-at-Large members for the term of office commencing January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2003. Ordinance No. 98-135 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1999, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-.136 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Ohio Council 8 and Local 2681 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, covering Clerical and Technical employees, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-137 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Ohio Council 8 and Local 2681 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, covering Service and Wastewater Treatment Plant employees, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 98-138 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for Turn-Out Gear for the North Olmsted Firefighters as per specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 98-138 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-139 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance amending Section 171.06 of Chapter 171 of the Administrative Code, entitled "Community Reinvestment," in order to provide a new procedure and a new fee schedule for the review of tax exemption applications, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-140 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 97-124 which provided for the imposition of a $50 administrative fee upon parents and other guardians of juveniles who violated program guidelines for the Youth Development Program's (YDP) Restitution Project, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-141 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance amending Ordinance 97-49 so as to combine and establish various positions, and to establish pay ranges and fringe benefits for employees at North Olmsted's Golf Course, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-142 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady.
