Council Minutes of 11/17/98 <br />Resolution No. 98-124 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. A <br />`~ ~, resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and <br />authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. <br />Ordinance No. 98-126 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading.. An <br />ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1998, as <br />amended. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; <br />second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-126 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 98-127 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />of thermal imaging cameras for the Fire Department as detailed in the specifications on <br />file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-128 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for a maximum <br />of 35,000 gallons of sodium aluminate per each twelve-month period, for use by the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of the rule requiring three <br />readings; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Mr. O'Grady moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 98-128 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-132 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 132.01 of Chapter 1321 of the Codified Ordinances entitled <br />"Permit and Inspection Fees," in order to establish permit and inspection fees for wireless <br />communication towers, antenna, and related facilities, as amended, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-97 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance accepting a storm and sanitary sewer easement located on property owned by <br />Robert E. Gilchrist, Clara Mae Malloy and Delberta Strom, and designated as Permanent <br />Parcel No. 237-21-007 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in connection with <br />the Brookpark to Mastick Road storm sewer project, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-100 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance accepting two storm sewer easements located on property owned by Stone's <br />Throw Ltd., an Ohio Limited Partnership, and designated as Permanent Parcel <br />Nos. 237-21-010 and 237-21-001 on the Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, in <br />connection with the Brookpark to Mastick Road storm sewer project, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />.mot, <br />8 <br /> <br />
