Resolution No. 98-121 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for roof, HVAC and insulation improvements at Fire Station Number Two as detailed in the plans and specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-110 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the fees to be charged for the use of the North Olmsted Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 98-122 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 98-123 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance 98-32 entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Rates of Compensation for Various Administrative and Legislative Personnel and Declaring an Emergency" by providing for a temporary part-time Bookkeeping A position in order to insure adequate training for a transition of staff for a period not to exceed six months, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of the rules requiring three reading and committee review; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously.
