Council Minutes of 11/4/98 <br />located in the City of North Olmsted: 611 Z Stafford Drive, 6181 Stafford Drive, 4477 <br />Michael Avenue, and 24440 South Oxford Oval, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-121 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for roof, HVAC <br />and insulation improvements at Fire Station Number Two as detailed in the plans and <br />specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-110 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the fees to be charged for the use of the North Olmsted Springvale <br />Golf Course and Ballroom, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-122 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons <br />of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-123 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons <br />of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for <br />same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-124 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady. A <br />resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and <br />authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. <br />Ordinance No. 98-125 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady. An <br />ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance 98-32 entitled "An Ordinance Establishing <br />Rates of Compensation for Various Administrative and Legislative Personnel and <br />Declaring an Emergency" by providing for a temporary part-time Bookkeeping A <br />position in order to insure adequate training for a transition of staff for a period not to <br />exceed six months, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of <br />the rules requiring three reading and committee review; second by Mr. Limpert; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-125 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-126 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady. An <br />ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the current year ending December 31, <br />1.998. <br />Resolution No. 98-127 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial.
