An ordinance creating new Section 505.15 of Chapter 505 of the General Offenses Code entitled "Animals & Fowl," in order to prohibit the keeping, maintaining and feeding of wild animals within the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-112 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-113 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance creating new Section 505.16 of Chapter 505 of the General Offenses Code entitled "Animals & Fowl," in order to regulate the keeping and maintaining of vicious and dangerous animals within the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Gareau; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-113 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-114 introduced by the Mayor and entire Council was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 351.03 of the Traffic Code, entitled "Prohibited Standing or Parking Places," and the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted, in order to establish acity-wide ban against parking on the hydrant side of streets, and further to provide for posting signs of this, and other city-wide parking bans, at the entrance ways to the city on streets which traverse the city limits, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Gareau; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-114 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-111 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Sections 1139.01 and 1145.03 of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, to change the conditions under which animal hospitals and pet shops are permitted uses within the General Retail Business District of the city, and providing for dog and cat kennels to become permitted uses within the Limited Industry-Industrial Park District of the city. Ordinance No. 98-116 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Section 1353.12 entitled "Maintaining Grade Lines Established by City" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Ordinance No. 98-117 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of Cedar Point Road and Valley Parkway and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-119 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance creating new Section 151.03, entitled "Compensation to Board of Zoning Appeals Members," of the Administrative Code of the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 98-120 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading.
