An <br />ordinance creating new Section 505.15 of Chapter 505 of the General Offenses Code <br />entitled "Animals & Fowl," in order to prohibit the keeping, maintaining and feeding of <br />wild animals within the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 98-112 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-113 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance creating new Section 505.16 of Chapter 505 of the General Offenses Code <br />entitled "Animals & Fowl," in order to regulate the keeping and maintaining of vicious <br />and dangerous animals within the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency, as <br />amended. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Gareau; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-113 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-114 introduced by the Mayor and entire Council was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance amending Section 351.03 of the Traffic Code, entitled "Prohibited <br />Standing or Parking Places," and the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted, in <br />order to establish acity-wide ban against parking on the hydrant side of streets, and <br />further to provide for posting signs of this, and other city-wide parking bans, at the <br />entrance ways to the city on streets which traverse the city limits, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Gareau; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-114 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-111 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Sections 1139.01 and 1145.03 of the Zoning Code of the City of <br />North Olmsted, to change the conditions under which animal hospitals and pet shops are <br />permitted uses within the General Retail Business District of the city, and providing for <br />dog and cat kennels to become permitted uses within the Limited Industry-Industrial Park <br />District of the city. <br />Ordinance No. 98-116 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Section 1353.12 entitled "Maintaining Grade Lines <br />Established by City" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Ordinance No. 98-117 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for <br />the installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of Cedar Point Road and <br />Valley Parkway and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-119 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating new Section 151.03, entitled "Compensation to Board of Zoning <br />Appeals Members," of the Administrative Code of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 98-120 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading.
