MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED "~ MAY 19, 1998 Present: Council President Saringer, Council Members Gareau, Kasler, Limpert, McKay, Miller, Nashar, O'Grady Also Present: Mayor Musial, Law Director Gareau, Finance Director Copfer, Clerk of Council Seman Council President Saringer called the meeting to order at 8 p.m. in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. Members of the audience were invited to join Council in the Pledge of Allegiance led by the 1998 Scout Honorary Officials. President Saringer announced that Ordinance Nos. 98-51 and 98-52 were being removed from the agenda and Ordinance No. 98-57 would be passed under suspension of the rule. The minutes of the meeting of April 21, 1998 were approved as written. Mrs. Saringer introduced Mr. Mike Fioritto, the Scout Honorary Officials Chairman for 1998. Mr. Fioritto expressed appreciation for the city and Council's efforts in support of Scouting. He introduced the 1998 Mr. and Mrs. Scouting, Mrs. Jan Cave and Mr. Robert Martel. Mayor Musial presented proclamations to Mrs. Cave and Mr. Martel in recognition of their accomplishments and contributions to Scouting.
