LEGISLATION Resolution No. 98-42 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for one (1) 23,100 lb. GVWR, Chassis (Low Profile), and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 98-42 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-43 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $202,000 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of constructing, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving an addition to the city's Police Station and preparing and improving the site thereof, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-43 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-44 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $202,000 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and storm water drainage facilities, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-44 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-45 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $843,000 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city, in cooperation with Cuyahoga County and the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio and otherwise, by grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base, replacing culverts, preparing the surface, surfacing and resurfacing and installing street lighting, traffic signalization and related underground wiring, in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. An ordinance providing far the issuance and sale of notes in maximum aggregate principal amount of $454,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary sewerage system by constructing sanitary sewers, force mains and pumping facilities and by constructing and reconstructing storm sewer and other storm water drainage facilities and improvements to control and limit the volume of storm water entering or otherwise affecting the sanitary sewerage system, in each case together with 10
