Council Minutes of 5/19/98 <br />the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mr. O'Grady moved for <br />,,_ adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-47 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-48 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />of $266,000 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city <br />administration complex by renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating, furnishing, equipping <br />and otherwise improving the Town Hall included therein and improving the site thereof by <br />removing and replacing underground storage tanks and otherwise modifying fuel storage <br />facilities and equipment, in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work <br />incidental thereto. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert. Roll call: <br />O'Grady, yes; Limpert, yes; Nashar, yes; Gareau, yes; Miller, yes; McKay, yes; Kasler, no. <br />Motion passed with six affirmative votes and one negative vote. Ordinance No. 98-48 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-56 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $312,000 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving <br />the city's park and recreational facilities by remodeling, renovating, rehabilitating and <br />otherwise improving the Recreation Center. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-56 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 98-54 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Polytech Inc. to provide construction observation services for various <br />capital improvement projects commencing in 1998 and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-55 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating new and revised Sections 505.02 and 505.08 of Chapter 505 of the <br />General Offenses Code entitled "Animals & Fowl," in order to provide for the impounding <br />of animals causing nuisances in the City of North Olmsted, where their owners cannot be <br />immediately located, assessing costs for the impounding and keeping of such animals, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-57 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 941.01 of Chapter 941 of the Public Services Code of the <br />City of North Olmsted, in order to eliminate the service charge for city refuse pick-up at <br />multi-family residential structures located within the city. Mr. McKay moved for <br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-57 adopted. <br />,~.. <br />11 <br />
