Mr. Bauer was recognized by all present, and he expressed his thanks.
Mrs. Kasler, Chairperson of the Recreation Committee, extended congratulations and best
wishes to Recreation Commissioner Michael Dolansky who has accepted a position as
business manager for the Medina library system. She worked with him for quite some
time and can attest to his professionalism and dedication to our city. He will be missed,
and she thanked him for his years of service.
AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION
Dennis Lambert, 25057 Carey Lane, thanked Councilwoman Kasler for the excellent way
she is looking after the budget and doing the things that Councilpeople are supposed to be
doing. Legislatively, she is absolutely correct and would like to publicly support her
because he feels the rules regarding the lender have nothing to do with the rules of how
Council should observe and check out projects. He does not believe that a surplus in one
project account should be transferred to another project account even though it is on the
same borrowing note. He believes this should be stipulated in the legislation.

6
