Council Minutes of 4/21/98 <br />Ordinance No. 98-37 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An <br />ordinance authorizin the Ma or of the Cit of North Olmsted to enter into leases with <br />g Y Y <br />Cablevision of the Midwest, Inc., and Northern Ohio Interconnect, Inc., for the purpose of <br />renewing and entering into new leases of certain lands owned by the City of North <br />Olmsted at the Recreation Center Complex and used in connection with the Cablevision <br />Television franchise, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-39 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance establishing residency as a condition of employment for non-bargaining unit <br />employees. <br />Resolution No. 98-40 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for rehabilitation <br />of the roof over the ice rink at the North Olmsted Recreation Center in the City of North <br />Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for <br />the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-41 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for rehabilitation <br />of the HVAC system for the ice rink at the North Olmsted Recreation Center in the City <br />of North Olmsted as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 98-42 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for one (1) <br />23,100 lb. GVWR, Chassis (Low Profile), and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-43 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady who <br />noted that he was in receipt of the fiscal officer's certificate. An ordinance providing for <br />the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $202,000 in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of constructing, furnishing, <br />equipping and otherwise improving an addition to the city's Police Station and preparing <br />and improving the site thereof, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 98-44 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady who <br />noted that he was in receipt of the fiscal officer's certificate. An ordinance providing for <br />the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $202,000 in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of constructing and reconstructing <br />storm sewers and storm water drainage facilities, and declaring an emergency. <br />11 <br /> <br />
